The hotel's restaurant, Hill House, serves brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktails, focusing on farm-to-table dishes from local suppliers. Signature dishes include the Malabar prawn curry, buffalo curd with spiced treacle, and sesame-crusted tofu, all prepared with ingredients such as line-caught barramundi. Breakfast options cover continental, full English/Irish, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and Asian menus, and can be served in the villa on request.

Complimentary Beach Shuttle and Location

Malabar Hill runs a free tuk-tuk shuttle daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except Mondays) to its own beach club, The Shack, located on Mirissa beach. The Shack offers reserved sun beds, a bar, and showers for guests, providing a direct beach access point. The hotel is 19 km from Koggala Airport and a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride from the centre of Weligama.
